At Texas Football Academy, we are committed to creating the best possible environment for youth players and families to grow. Our sole focus is youth development — helping young athletes become the best version of themselves by providing the right tools, guidance, and support.

We draw from best practices in soccer development from around the world, blending them thoughtfully to serve the unique needs of the Austin community. We work closely with local families, players, and partners, investing our resources into growing the soccer community in Austin and beyond.

Our commitment goes beyond the pitch. While we deliver high-level soccer and athletic education, we also focus on developing confident, thoughtful individuals who are prepared to grow as players and people.

Our Founder
Alisher Nazir is a lifelong football enthusiast who has grown with the game from a young age. He brings a broad international perspective and a deep love for football shaped by experiences across Europe and the United States.
He most recently completed his MBA at IE Business School in Madrid and holds a UEFA B coaching license obtained in Germany. Alisher has played and coached in countries including Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the Netherlands, among others.
His philosophy is built around passion, connection, and constant reflection - creating environments where players feel a true sense of belonging, share common goals, and learn to adapt within an ever-evolving game.
