If you do not agree to these terms, you should not register or participate.

About Texas Football Academy

Texas Football Academy is a nonprofit organization based in the State of Texas, United States, dedicated to the development of youth soccer players through camps, training programs, and academy activities. All programs are conducted within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility and Registration

Participation is limited to individuals who meet the age and eligibility requirements outlined for each specific program. Registration must be completed through our official website. For participants under the age of eighteen, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who represents that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

Texas Football Academy reserves the right to accept or deny any registration at its discretion.

Fees and Payment

All program fees are listed in U.S. dollars and must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Texas Football Academy reserves the right to change program pricing, schedules, or offerings prior to confirmation of registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund policies, if applicable, will be clearly stated on the relevant program or camp registration page. Unless otherwise specified, registration fees are non-refundable once a program has begun. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to illness, injury, weather conditions, or personal scheduling conflicts.

Texas Football Academy reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any program due to low enrollment, weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, refunds or credits may be issued at the sole discretion of Texas Football Academy.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in soccer and athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, permanent disability, or property loss. By registering and participating, the participant and/or parent or legal guardian voluntarily assumes all such risks and confirms that the participant is physically fit and medically able to take part in athletic activities.

Release of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, participants and their parents or legal guardians agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Texas Football Academy, its directors, officers, employees, coaches, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in any program or activity.

You further agree to indemnify and defend Texas Football Academy against any claims, demands, or actions arising from the participant’s conduct or participation.

Medical Treatment Authorization

In the event of an accident, injury, or medical emergency, Texas Football Academy is authorized to seek emergency medical treatment for the participant if a parent or legal guardian cannot be reached. All medical expenses incurred are the responsibility of the participant or parent or legal guardian. By registering, you consent to the sharing of relevant medical information with medical professionals as necessary.

Code of Conduct

Participants and parents are expected to behave in a respectful, safe, and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Texas Football Academy reserves the right to remove any participant or parent from a program without refund for behavior that is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the values of the Academy. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from future programs.

Photography and Media Release

By registering for a Texas Football Academy program, you grant permission for photographs, video recordings, or other media of the participant to be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, including on websites, social media, and printed materials, without compensation. Written notice must be provided prior to participation if you wish to opt out of media use.
